Located in Guntur, their hometown in the heartland of Andhra Pradesh, it is strategically located to provide accessible and world-class cancer treatment to people in the local and surrounding communities.

Our journey began in 2015 when the founders began training in oncology at one of the oldest and most prestigious cancer institutes in India – Adyar cancer institute. Moved by the physical and emotional toll cancer takes on patients, and the logistical difficulties of finding adequate and affordable cancer treatment, the doctors set out to build a facility that is close to the community it serves and puts patients first.

The founders could not have achieved their mission without the help of key mentors along the way. Dr. M. Ramakrishna Reddy, a renowned neurosurgeon in the region, gave us immense support, joining Arka’s board and constructing a 100-bed hospital for us to operate in. Furthermore, the mentorship and participation of Dr. Raju Naidu, a senior and distinguished professor of radiation oncology, helped Arka reach its goal of providing comprehensive medical, surgical, and radiation oncology services all under one roof.

Since then, we have invested in state of the art medical equipment and compassionate staff to deliver personalised cancer treatment to each patient that steps within our doors.
